David Mitchell Jones Sr.

Mr. David Mitchell Jones Sr, age 68, of Gautier, MS, passed away on Wednesday, December 13, 2017, in Ocean Springs. Mr. Jones was born on February 11, 1949, in Whitakers, NC, to Russell and Kathleen Jones. He attended St. Augustine's University and was the Family Dollar Sales Manager for 26 years. He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother, Larry Jones. Survivors include his children, David Jones Jr and Destin Michael Jones, mother of his sons, Trenice Jones and siblings, Brenda Jones, Freda Jones, Vinnie Best, Robert Jones, Jonny Jones, Sidney Jones and Jimmy Jones. Services will be held in Whitakers, NC on Saturday, December 23 at 12 Noon.
