Deborah Anne Harloe

February 2, 1950 — July 13, 2025

Vancleave

Deborah Anne Harloe, 75, a beloved resident of Vancleave, Mississippi, passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, July 13, 2025.

Deborah was born on February 2, 1950, in Jackson, Mississippi, to Geraldine and James Hill. She attended Murray High School and graduated from Council High School in 1968. Following graduation, she pursued her education at Draughon’s Business College, where she was admired for both her intelligence and beauty — voted “Most Beautiful” by her classmates.

Together with her husband and children, Deborah built and operated the Harloe Insurance Agency for GEICO for 40 years. She was a hardworking and passionate businesswoman, but above all, she was the heart of her family.

Deborah’s life was filled with color and character. She was an avid collector of Fenton glass, adored her Boston Terriers, and had an extraordinary ability to light up any room she entered. Her warmth, unmatched sense of humor, and unwavering devotion to those she loved made her unforgettable. Her daughters and grandchildren were the true treasures of her life.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Donn C. Harloe, and her parents, Geraldine and James Hill.

Deborah is survived by her daughters: Amy (Rex) Lebert, Beth (Josh) Hayden, and Jenna Radich; her grandchildren: Madison (Caitlin) Rosonet, Ella Hayden, Piper Radich, Harloe Hayden, Silas Radich, and Greenlee Radich; and her great-grandchildren, Brooks and Brady Rosonet. She also leaves behind her siblings: Jim (Mary Jane) Hill, Donna (Troy) Parker, Bill (Tammy) Hill, and Fabian Parker; and many cherished nieces, nephews, and extended family. Her faithful Boston Terrier, Gideon, was her constant companion.

The family extends heartfelt thanks to Dr. Pavlov and his dedicated nurse, Twya Kirkland, for their decades of compassionate care, and to Malinda Fayard, for her enduring support and friendship as Deborah’s physical therapist.

A graveside service will be held at Southern Memorial Park on Thursday, July 17th at 2:30 p.m.
