Deborah Ann Trepanier, age 73, of Biloxi, MS, passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, September 23, 2025.
Born on June 26, 1952, in Syracuse, NY, to Anne Herie and Andre Belanger, Deborah lived a life full of love, faith, and creativity. She married her high school sweetheart, Michael J. Trepanier and became a military wife. Together they shared the journey of military life, meeting each new duty station with resilience.
Deborah enjoyed a fulfilling career as both a cosmetic and florist specialist, where her creativity and caring spirit touched countless lives. She loved relaxing boat rides, daytime dramas and nighttime quiz shows. She loved eating tapas and seafood, especially lobster. Deborah had a deep appreciation for music, from the harmonies of The Association and the disco era to the powerful voices of Melissa Etheridge and Melissa Manchester. She loved singing along with some of the greats, including Dionne Warwick and Celine Dion. Deborah could light up any room with her singing. She was a great dancer in every era.
She adored her dogs and had an uncanny way of making everyone—friends and strangers alike—feel loved and important. A lifelong Catholic and follower of Jesus Christ, Deborah was also a proud supporter of the Disabled American Veterans.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Anne Herie and Andre Belanger.
