Dennis Bailey Forrest

Dennis Bailey Forrest, 68 of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Saturday, January 10, 2026.

He was born in Baltimore, MD on July 1, 1957. He was raised in North Carolina, moving to Mississippi in 1994. He loved his coworkers and his job, fishing, the outdoors, and his dogs, Jack and Lucy. He also loved his time with his family and especially his daughters and grandchildren.

Dennis was preceded in death by his parents, William and Ruby Forrest; brothers, William Preston and Roger Harris; and sister, Linda Brewer.

He is survived by his wife, Deborah S. Forrest; daughters, Wendy (Matthew) Bumgarner and Alison Athena Forrest; sister, Patricia (Robert) Montgomery; brother, Steve (Candy) Holloway; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

Services will be announced at a later date.
