Dominica Termine Hubler, of Biloxi, affectionately known as "Dee" and "Grandma Dee" as an adult, and Mamie as a child, passed away peacefully at the age of 85, on Thursday, April 2, in Gulfport, MS.
Dominica was born in Camden, New Jersey, on April 17, 1940, to father Dominic Termine and mother Vita Gracioppo of Italy. She attended Holy Name Elementary School and Camden Catholic High School. After graduation she joined the Air Force and was stationed at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi (Airman 2nd Class), where she met her future husband William Kenneth "Bill" Hubler, who was also stationed at Keesler. After an Honorable Discharge from the Air Force, Dominica married and moved with her husband to his hometown of St. Louis, Missouri, where they started their life together. They had one child, a daughter, Monica Eve Hubler, who was the light of her life. In 1975, the family relocated back to Biloxi, where her husband returned to Keesler as a Civil Servant and Dominica stayed home to raise their daughter. Dee was such a positive person and had a wonderful sense of humor. She loved to laugh, share jokes, and surround herself with the simple joys of life, including crocheting, her love of music, antiques, the color blue, and cats of which she had many over the years.
Dominica is preceded in death by her parents, her siblings Joseph Termine, Josephine Giordano, and Priscilla Powers, and her beloved husband, Bill, with whom she shared a lifetime of laughter and cherished memories.
She leaves behind her only child, Monica Eve Boudreaux, son-in-law Paul, her grandsons William "Patrick" Crowell and Paul H. "Beaux" Boudreaux III, granddaughter Sarah Crowell Liberato, great-granddaughters Emma Archer, Gracie Cavanaugh, Isabella and Sadie Boudreaux, great nieces and nephews, and her dear friend, Nancy Cathy Jasinski. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Thursday, April 9, 2026 at the Howard Avenue location of Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home. Friends are invited to visit one hour prior. Interment ceremony will follow at 11:30 am at Biloxi National Cemetery on Veterans Avenue, Biloxi. All are invited to attend.
The family would like to express their gratitude to all the medical staff and the 7th Floor Nursing Staff at Memorial Hospital of Gulfport, with a special message of gratitude to Jennifer, 7th Floor charge nurse, who cared for Dominica during her final days on this earth.
