Donald "Don" G. Balius, Jr.

Donald "Don" G. Balius, 73, of Biloxi, MS, passed away on Thursday, June 26, 2025. Don was known for his big laugh, outgoing spirit, friendships and the love for his family.

A lifelong resident of Biloxi, Don worked with his father, Donald Sr., and his brothers at the family’s welding business for over 50 years. As a skilled welder and fabricator, Don was known for his dedication to his craft and reputation for exceptional skills and attention to detail. His generosity and friendship touched many, and he will be remembered as someone who always had a smile to share and a helping hand for those in need.

Don was preceded in death by his parents, Donald Sr and Dot Balius; daughter, Belinda Balius Olsen; and daughter-in-law, Kristen Johnson Balius.

Don is survived by his children, Donnette (Tony) Heggins; son, Donald G. Balius III; 7grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; his sister, Donna (Robert) Lipscomb; and brothers, Noel Balius Jr., Darel Balius and Dann (Karen) Balius.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
