Donlyn Alexis Krohn

Donlyn Alexis Krohn, 67, of D’Iberville died Thursday, June 30, 2016 at her home in D’Iberville. Mrs. Krohn was a native and lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast. She was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D’Iberville. Mrs. Krohn never met a stranger and approached life with a smile on her face. She enjoyed playing bingo and pitty pat with her friends. She lived simply and loved her family deeply. Her life centered around her son, Chris and her grandchildren, Jude and Camille. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, Kirby; and her parents, Marco "Mike" and Fern (McCaleb) Glavan. Mrs. Krohn’s survivors include her son, Chris (Jennifer) Krohn; her grandchildren, Jude and Camille; her sisters, Melonie (Eldon) DuBois, Lynn Brown, Ella Glavan; her very special niece, Angela (Ronnie) Johnson; her great niece and nephew, Riley and Jordan; and her nephew, Mark Brown. A Memorial Mass will be held at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in D’Iberville on Friday, July 8, 2016 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until mass time. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
