Donna Marie Adkins

Donna Marie Evans Adkins, 70, Biloxi, MS passed away July 22, 2026. She was born September 26, 1955 in Detroit, Michigan to Elizabeth Lane and Billy Evans.

Donna joined the Air Force. She was a decorated, USAF Staff Sergeant before being honorably discharged. While serving, she also attended Community College of the Air Force and she obtained a bachelor’s degree in psychology. In her free time, she enjoyed listening to music, fishing, shrimping, and crabbing.

She is preceded in death by her father, Billy Evans; and grandchild, Brandon Walsh.

Survivors include her two sons, Richard Walsh and Patrick Walsh; grandchildren, Ashley Walsh, Riley Walsh, Declan Walsh, Ayla Walsh, and Gavin Walsh; and great grandchildren, Zoe Shanks + 1 on the way!

A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Monday, August 3, 2026 at Biloxi National Cemetery.
