Donna Lee Emond

Mrs. Donna Lee Emond, 56, of D'Iberville, MS, died Thursday, September 4, 2008, in Jackson after a lengthy illness. Born in North Kingston, Rhode Island, she was a longtime resident of the Coast. A prayful and spiritual woman, she was a member of the Destiny Fellowship Church in Biloxi. Survivors are her husband, Louis Emond of D'Iberville; children and their spouses, Lizzy Harris, Vicky and Daniel Emerson, Peter Emond, Cathy and Joe Lando, David Emond, and Susie Emond; 13 grandchildren; parents, Glen and Marion LaRose; brother, Clifford J. "Bud" LaRose, all of New York; and many special friends. Funeral services are Wednesday, September 10, 2008, at 11:30 a.m. at Destiny Fellowship Church where friends may visit from 10:30 a.m. until service time. Entombment in Coalville Cemetery. Family prefers memorials to the American Cancer Society, 417 Security Square, Gulfport, MS 39507. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
