Douglas "Doug" Lee Fulcher

Douglas “Doug” Lee Fulcher, age 56, of D’Iberville, MS passed away on March 27, 2022. He was born on August 24, 1965. He was a native of Portsmouth and Chesapeake, VA and a longtime resident of Biloxi and D’Iberville, MS.

Doug was a 1984 graduate of Marion Abramson High School and graduated college in 1987 where he studied to be a Senior CAD Drafter. He was an established Maritime Architect, employed with Newport News, VA Shipyard, Northrop Grumman and Ingalls.

Doug enjoyed football, scuba diving, paint ball challenges, computers, spending time with his husky dog Bear, dining out and family time with his spouse.

Doug was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lou Fulcher.

He is survived by his spouse, Gloria Jean Fulcher; his father, Marvin Lee Fulcher; brother, Daniel Fulcher; son, Logan Fulcher of Chesapeake, VA; his step-daughter, Heidi (Scott) Romero; grandchildren, Jeffrey Thomas Wagner, Aubrey James, and Jennifer and Jean Romero; and mother and father-in-law, Mike and Elfriede Murphy.

Private services will be held.
