Edward "Babe" Franklin

Edward "Babe" Franklin, 95, of Biloxi, MS died on Wednesday, February 9, 2011. Mr. Franklin was a longtime resident of the Gulf Coast. He was of the Catholic faith. Mr. Franklin is preceded in death by his parents, Benjamin and Daisy Deakle Franklin; wife, Nelta Lopez Franklin; sister, Hazel Bounds; brother, Joseph Franklin. He is survived by his sons, Gerald (Carol) Franklin of Ocean Springs, MS, Ron (Nancy) Franklin of Biloxi, MS; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held on Saturday, February 12, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. at Evergreen Cemetery, Ocean Springs, MS. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, Biloxi is in charge of arrangements.
