Edward "Scott" Bailey

Edward Scott Bailey, 50, died Saturday, January 17, 2015. Edward is preceded in death by his father, Chadwick Grady Bailey. He is survived by his wife, Helen Bailey; his children, Tammy Smith (Doug) Pittman, Dewana “Dee Dee” Bailey, Edward Scott “Scotty” Baily II, and Charles A. “Dale” Bailey; grandchildren, Keith Holland, Christian Holland, Corey Pittman, Cameron Collins, Kendall Collins, Kandyce Collins, Colby Collins, Haysten Koeman, and Edward Scott “SJ” Bailey III; mother, Janice Lee Bailey; and siblings, Grady Bailey, Tammy Bailey and Jason Bailey. Visitation will be from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Thursday, January 22, 2015. A graveside service will follow at 2:15 p.m. at Biloxi City Cemetery.
