Edwina A. Balius

Edwina A. Balius, 99, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2016 in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Balius was a native and lifelong resident of Latimer and a member of Christ the King Catholic Church. She is preceded in death by her husband, Herman M. Balius; her son, Sidney Balius and his wife, Gloria; her parents, Henry and Agnes Deloney; 4 brothers; and 2 sisters. Mrs. Balius’ survivors include her sons, Arnold (Helen) Balius and Ralph (Faye) Balius; 15 grandchildren; 28 great-grandchildren; and 8 great-great-grandchildren. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Christ the King Catholic Church on Tuesday, May 31, 2016 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit from 9:30 am until mass time. Interment will follow at Camellia Cemetery in Latimer. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
