Edythe Griffin Closson

Mrs. Edythe Griffin Closson, age 85, of Ocean Springs, MS., died Wednesday, February 16, 2005, in Ocean Springs. Mrs. Closson was a longtime resident of the community and a member of the Methodist church. She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by one daughter, Lynda Allen, a son, Dale Closson, both of Ocean Springs, a sister, Theola Thompson of Pampa, TX., four grandchildren and seven great-grandchildren. Visitation will be on Friday, February 18, 2005, from 9-10 AM, with a 10 AM chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in D'Iberville Memorial Park.
