Elizabeth Ann McClellan Tiblier

Elizabeth Ann McClellan Tiblier, age 80, of Biloxi, passed away Friday, July 8, 2016. Mrs. Tiblier was born in McAdams County, MS. She was a resident of the MS Gulf Coast since 1940.She was a former beautician and USMC wife. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church in Woolmarket, and member of the Keesler Bowling League. She enjoyed Bingo, Fishing, Crocheting, and Ceramics. She was a loving Wife, Mother, Grandmother and Great Grandmother. She was preceded in death by her parents, William and Carrie McClellan; daughter, Carolyn Tiblier LeBatard; son, Walter Tiblier; grandson, Joshua Frazier; sister, Doris McClellan; brothers, William McClellan Jr. and Robert McClellan; and sister and brother-in-law, Marjorie and Emile Tiblier. She is survived by her loving husband of 60 years, MSgt. John P. Tiblier Sr. USMC-Retired; daughter, Beth (Frank) Barhonovich III; sons, John P. (Beverly) Tiblier Jr. and Tim Tiblier; sister, Lucy Walters; 7 grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, the family prefers memorials to Alzheimer's Association, P.O. Box 96011, Washington, DC 20090-6011 A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at St. Mary Catholic Church on Thursday, July 14, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. Family and friends may visit from 9:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
