Eric Howard Robbins, age 64, resident of Ocean Springs, went to be with the Lord on June 29th, 2025.
Mr. Robbins was born on October 14th, 1960 at Keesler Air Force Base in Biloxi, MS to Faye Santoro and Robbie Howard Robbins. His stepfather was Russ Santoro.
Mr. Robbins married his beloved wife, Bertha Robbins. He graduated from Harrison Central High School in Gulfport, MS and had a Bachelor's degree in industrial drafting technology from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College. Mr. Robbins received a Systems Refinement Team Honoree Award from Martin Marietta Corporation. He worked with NASA as an employee and worked on some of the first space shuttles. Mr. Robbins was trained and certified in thermal protection systems. He worked for Northrop Grumman doing quality assurance as well.
He was a devoted husband and father of three children and loved his family with all his heart. He enjoyed skydiving, fishing, going to the beach, reading the latest technology magazines, reading action packed novels, watching football while eating pizza and helping his family with the things that they needed. Mr. Robbins was a carefree spirit who loved action movies and lightening the mood with his jokes. He loved people with all his heart and would give the shirt off his back if anyone needed it.
He is predeceased by his dad, Robbie Howard Robbins; his mom, Faye Santoro; and stepfather, Russ Santoro.
Mr. Robbins is survived by his wife, Bertha Robbins; his sister, Rhonda Bethune; and his three children, John and Josh Robbins and Sarah Mckinney. He is also survived by his aunt and uncle, J.W. and Carolyn Webb; and his aunt and uncle, Buster and Brenda Webb.
A Graveside Service will be held at Crestlawn Memorial Park, 4111 Bienville Blvd, Ocean Springs, MS 39564 on Wednesday, July 9th, 2025 at 11a.m.
