Erma Elizabeth Boyd

Erma Elizabeth Boyd, age 99, of Gulfport, died Wednesday, August 11, 2010 in Gulfport. She was born in Louin, MS and had been a resident of the Gulf Coast for about 15 years moving here from Jackson. She was a former longtime resident of Chicago, Il where she was an auditor for the Railroad Retirement Board. She was a member of the First Baptist Church in Louin. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Horace Boyd and Johnny Boyd. Miss Boyd is survived by a sister, Jo Corban and her husband, Larry of Biloxi; a brother, Luther Boyd and Christine May of Pass Christian; a nephew Bill Boyd; and nieces Elizabeth Boyd, Joanna O'Conor, and Lee Corban; and five great nieces and nephews. There will be a graveside service on Saturday, August 14, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. at Louin Cemetery in Jasper Co., MS The family prefers memorials to the First Baptist Church, P.O.
