Erma Rita Wilson

Erma Rita Ladner Wilson, age 93, of Kiln, MS, passed away on Thursday, September 30, 2021, in Kiln. Erma was retired from AT&T (BellSouth) and was a telephone operator for many years. She is preceded in death by her parents, Francis P. Ladner and Clozenia Niolet Ladner; her husband, Richard M. “Johnny” Wilson; siblings Alecia Ladner Buley, Howard Ladner, Kerman F. Ladner, Eanest R. Ladner, Sr., Guice J. Ladner, Willard J. Ladner and Yvonne E. Ladner. Erma is survived by her niece and caregiver, Sonja Cuevas (Carl), sisters-in-law Marilyn, Nora, and Shirley Ladner and numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends and her dog BeeBee. Visitation will be Monday, October 11, 2021 at St. John Catholic Church in Gulfport, MS from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 a.m. Interment will be in Evergreen Gardens in Gulfport.
