Mrs. Ethel “E.C.” Weaver, 70, of Biloxi, MS passed away Saturday, December 23, 2017 in Biloxi.
Mrs. Weaver was a native of Flomaton, AL and a 1966 graduate of Flomaton High School. She was a resident of the coast since 1971 and a member of Heritage United Methodist Church. Mrs. Weaver was the former director of North Bay Area Chamber of Commerce during the incorporation of the City of D’Iberville. She was co-owner and office manager for Southeastern Erectors.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Clayton and Corene Duke Sheffield; and her brother, Clayton F. Sheffield.
Mrs. Weaver’s survivors include her husband of 51 years, Mac Weaver; her children, Wendy (Nathan) Powell and Kevin (Kelly) Weaver; her grandchildren, Justin Powell, Hunter Powell, Devin Weaver and Mikayla Trochesset; her siblings, Doris (John) Opdyke, Ouida (Ed) Turner and Eudell (Jan) Sheffield; her sister-in-law, Francis Sheffield; and her lifelong friend and sister of the heart, Lisa Sanders.
Funeral Services will be held at Heritage United Methodist Church Wednesday, December 27, 2017 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit from 9:00 am until service time. A graveside service will be held at 3:00 pm at Flomaton Cemetery in Flomaton, AL.
