Eugene "Bear" Johnson

Eugene “Bear” Johnson, 63, of Bay St. Louis, died Sunday, October 16, 2011 in Gulfport. He was born in New Orleans and had been a resident of Bay St. Louis since 1992. He was a retired plumber. He enjoyed golf and was a Saints fan. He was Baptist. He is survived by his wife, Pearl Johnson of Bay St. Louis; four daughters, Truly Rink of New Orleans, Janyce Carter of Bay St. Louis, Charlene Fisher of Enid, Ok, and Casey Johnson of Bay St. Louis; a son, Michael Johnson of Bay St. Louis; three sisters, Lucille Lambert of Houston, TX, Daisy Osborn of Douglas, GA, and Earline Gonzales of Pinehurst, NC; eleven grandchildren; and one great-granddaughter. Visitation will be held Friday, October 21, 2011 from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport. The funeral will be Saturday, October 22, 2011 at 1:00 A.M.
