Eugene "Gene" Moore

Eugene “Gene” Moore, age 65, passed away Monday, August 28, 2017 in Hurley, MS. Gene is preceded in death by his parents, Andrew and Alma Moore; brothers, Robert and Ronnie Moore and nephew, Wesley “Tink” Butler. Survivors include his two daughters, Niomi Moore of Missouri, Stacy Moore of Hurley, MS; ex-wife/best friend, Lorraine Moore; brothers and sisters, Ray (Annette) Moore, Terry (Kim), Ricky (Dorothy), Bill (Carol) Moore, Mira Butler (Earl), Sara (Danny) Butler and Debra (William); Butler seven grand-children, Christopher, Jodi, Kimberly, Robert, Roxanne, Summer and Mary; five great grand-children, host of nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held Friday, September 1, 2017 at the Vancleave Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home from 2:00 p.m. until 3:00 p.m., with a funeral service at 3:00 p.m. Interment to follow at Beulah Cemetery in Vancleave, MS.
