Evelyn C. Palmer

Mrs. Evelyn C. Palmer, age 79, of Vancleave, MS, died Friday, January 17, 2014, in Grand Bay, AL. Mrs. Palmer was born in Austin, TX and was a longtime resident of Vancleave. She attended services at the Keesler Air Force Base Chapel #2. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Regina Palmer. Survivors include her husband of 51 years, James H. Palmer, daughter, Brenda (Eddie) Overman and three granddaughters, Elizabeth, Emily and Erika Overman. Visitation will be on Monday, January 20, 2014, from 10 am until 12 noon at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Mrs. Palmer was a devoted wife, loving mother and grandmother and will greatly missed by all.
