Fay Harp Knotts

Fay Harp Knotts, age 92, passed away on Sunday, August 28, 2022, in Ocean Springs, MS.

Fay was a native of Georgia and a resident of the Coast for over 45 years. Fay was a member of Emmanuel Baptist Church in Biloxi. She faithfully supported her husband’s 27-year Air Force career.

Fay is survived by her husband of 65 years, Howard J. Knotts; daughter, Donna Fay (Joey) Hagwood; son, Lonnie Knotts; sister, Louise Howell; three grandchildren, Michael, Deanna, and Felicia; and eight great-grandchildren.

Donations can be made to the Emmanuel Baptist Church, 341 Rodenberg Ave, Biloxi, MS or, Cornerstone Community Church, 425 Cowan Rd, Gulfport, MS.

A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, September 2, 2022, at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 2511 Pass Rd, Biloxi, MS. Friends may visit an hour prior. Interment will be at the Biloxi National Cemetery.
