Frances Quinn Andrews, 78, of Olive Branch, MS passed away on June 30, 2016.
Frances was born January 28, 1938, in Galesburg, IL. She was a founding member of Faith Apostolic Church and loved Jesus. Frances enjoyed reading the bible, Sudoku, cooking for everyone and adult coloring books. She always told you like it was and always made time for you. Frances had a special sense of humor and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. She touched countless lives with her prayers, optimism, love and generosity.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Zeta Ruth and John Quinn of Galesburg, IL; and her husband, Richard Dean Andrews.
Frances’ survivors include her children, Ginger (Jerry) Smith of Olive Branch, MS, Deana (Jack) Tolbert of Florence, KY and Julie Garner of Olive Branch, MS; 7 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.
Frances had a passion for foreign missions. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made in her memory to Foreign Missions Ministry. Donations can be sent to United Pentecostal Church International, 8855 Dunn Road, Hazelwood, MO, 63042.
A Graveside Service will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery on Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at 11:00 am.
