Frank G. Owens, Sr.

Mr. Frank George Owens, Sr., 58, of Biloxi, MS, died Friday, January 30, 2009, in Lucedale. Mr. Owens was a lifelong resident of Biloxi. He was born November 15, 1950. He will be cremated and a private service will be held. Mr. Owens was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Geraldine Halula; sister, Cathrine Zacharias; and a half-sister, Sandy Halula. He is survived by four sons, Frank George Owens, Jr., Charles Angelo Owens, Michael Cook and Jacob Raul Perez; three sisters, Patty (Russell) Foreman, Mary Ann (Robert) Martino, and Betty Jane Halula; two half-sisters, Patty Sue (Jim) Shirkey and Cindy Dunn; two brothers, William (Susan) Halula, and George Paul Halula; many nieces, and nephews. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Howard Avenue, in Biloxi is in charge of services.
