He was born on August 20, 1940 in Biloxi, MS to Fredrick Adolph and Gladys Bellais. He enjoyed fishing.
Fredric is survived by his wife, Darlene Bellais.
A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Thursday, July 6, 2023 at Biloxi National Cemetery.
