Gail Romero

Gail Romero, a longtime resident of the Gulf Coast, peacefully passed away on Sunday, May 29, 2016 surrounded by her family. Born on February 19, 1940, she was given to the Lord at the age of 76. She has joined her late husband, Minus Romero; father, Irving Derouen; and mother and stepfather, Bernice and Ralph Baker. Gail is survived by her sons: David (Nina) Romero of Biloxi, Ricky (Ramona) Romero of Gulfport and Kurt (Christina) Romero of Texas; 5 grandchildren; and 3 great grandchildren. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:45 a.m. on Thursday, June 2, 2016 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with visitation beginning at 9:00 a.m. Interment will follow at Biloxi National Cemetery. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
