Gary C. Lawrence, Sr., age 84, of Ocean Springs, MS, passed away on Tuesday, December 30, 2025, in Biloxi, MS.
Gary was born on February 17, 1941, in Philadelphia, PA, to Vernon and Helen (Wojciechowski) Lawrence. He was raised in Medford Lakes, NJ and graduated from Rancocas Valley High School (RV). Gary was self-employed as a builder/carpenter and enjoyed boating, fishing and classic cars.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Jacqueline DeMartin. Survivors include his children, Dawn Rapa (Francis) and Gary Lawrence, Jr. (Christine), grandchildren, Trevor Rapa, Gavin Rapa, Samantha Dubrow (Josh) and Shannan Brown (Dan), and two great-grandchildren).
A private family service will be held to honor Gary’s life.
