Genevieve "Genny" Lloyd

When someone you love becomes a memory, that memory becomes a treasure. We all have many memories to treasure.

Genevieve Marie Blanchard Lloyd, 90, passed away on July 9, 2025, in Ormond Beach, FL. She was a devoted wife, mother, friend, and nurse. She loved to travel, say “let’s go” and she was ready. She was always ready for any adventure.

She is survived by her children, Cynthia Doll and Jack (Carol) Lloyd; four grandchildren, Sean and Adam Doll, DJ and Aaron Lloyd; one great-grandchild, Jason Doll; her sister, Barbara Seymour; brother, James Terrell Blanchard; and her extended family.

Genevieve is preceded in death by her parents, Velma and Milton Blanchard; brothers, Leroy, Wallace, and Kenneth; two granddaughters, Jennifer Doll and Tammy Lloyd; and son, David.

She will be laid to rest with her husband, Jack W. Lloyd, at the Biloxi National Cemetery on Thursday, July 17, 2025, at 10:00am.
