George Edward Gaskin

George Edward Gaskin, aged 66, of Gulfport passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021. He was born October 22, 1954 in Laurel, Mississippi to George Harry and Dorothy Gaskin. George moved to the Coast in the mid 1980’s. He loved his airplane models and his music. He worked as a butcher at numerous grocery stores along the coast. He worked at Walmart in the Receiving Department for 18 years before retiring in 2017. George loved his Tootsie. He was a dedicated family man, provider, brother, husband and grandfather. He is preceded in death by his parents, George and Dorothy Gaskin. George is survived his wife, Dianna Gaskin of Gulfport; his daughters, Sunny (Gary) Ulrich of Pass Christian, Mississippi, Kelly (Jacob) Powell of Dillon, South Carolina; his stepdaughter, Jessica Perry of Biloxi, Mississippi; his stepson, Joshua Davis of California; his sister, Suzanne “Sister”, (Tim) Bond of Perry County, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Jackson Kilosky, Jaden Perry, Kyrsten Perry, Hailey Perry, and Camron Perry; his great grandchildren, Emery Perry, Michael Neal and Kountry Mallette. There will be a visitation only on Saturday, October 9, 2021 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, Pass Road Chapel, 2511 Pass Road, Biloxi, MS. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, Pass Road in Biloxi, is honored to serve the Gaskin family.
