George Phillip "Jeep" Myers

George Phillip “Jeep” Myers, age 76, of Gulfport passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.

Jeep was born in Gulfport and was a life-long resident of the Coast. He was a ceramic tile setter. Jeep was a member of the Baptist faith and attended Gulfport High School. He was an avid golfer and bowler. Although he played golf right-handed, he bowled left-handed and bowled several perfect 300 score games.

Jeep was preceded in death by his parents, Jerri and George Myers.

Survivors include his wife, Deborah Spears Myers and two daughters, Teneka Lynn Rodriguez and Amy Lynn.

A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m. on Friday, January 23, 2026, at Evergreen Cemetery, Gulfport.
