Goldia Mae DeHart Hayden, Age 93, of Ocean Springs, MS died Thursday, February 2, 2012 at GreenBriar Nursing Center in D’Iberville, MS. Mrs. Hayden was born April 2, 1918 in Grayson County Kentucky. She graduated from Yeaman High School in 1936 and attended Spencerian Commercial College in Louisville, Kentucky. She was a native of the coast since 1960. She was a member of St. Alphonsus Catholic Church in Ocean Springs. She was preceded in death by her parents, John W. and Effie B. DeHart and her husband, James W. Hayden. She is survived by one son, Stephen W. Hayden , his wife Frankie; three grandchildren, Joshua Hayden and his wife, Beth, Brooke Epperly and her husband, Travis and Robert Joseph Hayden (R.J.); one Step-grandchild, Kimberly Broussard. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and 3 great-step-grandchildren and special friends Lisa, Sandy, Carrie, Bob, Peggy and their families. Funeral services will be Monday, February 6, 2012 at 12:00 p.m. at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until service time. Interment will follow in Biloxi National Cemetery.
