Gordon L. Moudy

Gordon L. Moudy, 73, of Gulfport, died Saturday, January 3, 2009 in Gulfport. He was a longtime resident of the Gulf Coast. He previously served in the U.S,. Air Force in the Korean War. He was a loving husband, father, and grandfather and he will be greatly missed by his family and friends. Mr. Moudy was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Alberta Moudy; and a brother, Charles "Sonny" Moudy. He is survived by his wife, Martha Torjusen Moudy of Gulfport; his children, Mike Moudy (Cindy), Debbie Ogle (Tyler), all of Call Junction, MO, Tiffany Soljan (Scott) of Biloxi, J'Anna Bergman (Cary) and Tamye Moudy, all of Gulfport; his sister, Marilyn Moudy Dimmitt of Springfield, MO; his mother-in-law, Anna Compretta of Gulfport; a sister-in-law, Ina Lou Moudy of Henrietta, OK; grandchildren, Christopher, April, Adam, Kristen, Fallon, Sami, Alyssa, Caleb, Elijah, and Dallas; and seven great-grandchildren. The graveside service will be held Wednesday, January 7, 2009 at 3:00 p.m. at Coalville Cemetery in Woolmarket. Bradford-O'Keefe, 15th Street, Gulfport is in charge of arrangements.
