Gregory Paul “Greg” Mangin, 67, of Biloxi, MS passed away in Ocean Springs Hospital on Saturday, August 9, 2025.
A lifelong resident of Biloxi, MS, he was a retired member of IBEW #903. Greg graduated from the Notre Dame High School class of 1975 and became a journeyman electrician through the local union. He traveled throughout the country, and as far away as Saudi Arabia, doing electrical work. Greg was a quiet, gentle and generous man with an easy way with children and animals. Family and friends could always depend on his help and support. He loved boating, fishing and scuba diving.
He is survived by his siblings, Nancy, Eddie and Jim; his sister-in-law, Vicki; his dear friend, Jeanine; his nephew, Douglas (Kaare) Mangin; his nieces, Melissa Mangin, Laura (Bryan) Patterson and Kimberly (Jordy) Pelaez; six grand-nieces and nephews; and numerous cousins. He is dearly loved and will be greatly missed.

The family wishes to express a special thanks to the doctors, nurses, therapists and staff of Ocean Springs Hospital SICU, who provided expert and compassionate care to Greg during his final weeks of life.
A Memorial Service will be held at Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home on Howard Avenue in Biloxi on Saturday, August 16, 2025 at 11:00 am. Friends may visit from 10:00 am until service time. Interment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
