Helen Louise Morgan

Helen Louise Morgan, 77, of Biloxi, MS passed away Friday, November 3, 2023. Helen was born January 13, 1946 to James and Helen Morgan, "step-mother," Mary Dale Morgan and "Peggy," who Helen also called her mother.

Helen was a native of Biloxi. She retired from Garret Dermatology Clinic and was a member of Bibleway Baptist Church in D’Iberville.

She is survived by her husband of 22 years, John “Rudy” Rulapaugh; daughters, Lisa Brosh, Sandy McBride, and Alexis Gorman; sisters, Bobbie Jean Formica, Joyce (Red) Seymour, and Janice (Tom) Little; brothers, James (Dianna) T. Morgan, Stanley (Antionette) Morgan, James (Mary) G. Morgan, and John D. Morgan; 3 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at 3:30 pm on Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home. Friends are invited to visit at 2 pm.
