Henrietta Boney Stojcich, age 83, died Thursday, October 17, 2013 in Biloxi, MS.
A native and lifelong resident of the Gulf Coast, Henrietta was a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church, a former member of St. John’s and Sacred Heart Catholic Church. She was also an avid bingo player.
Mrs. Stojcich was preceded in death by husband of 59 years, John E. Stojcich, Jr.; son, John E. Stojcich, III; her parents, Henry and Agnes Boney; two brothers and six sisters.
Henrietta is survived by her daughters, Elizabeth “Betty” (Alfred) Roberts and Jean (Steve) Robbins; son, John L. (Lisa) Stojcich; five grandchildren, Eric, Jason, Alan, Dana and Rachel; and four great-grandchildren, Matthew, Michael, Aden and Ethan.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Sunday, October 20, 2013 at the Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday, October 21, 2013 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in Woolmarket, where Henrietta will lay in-state from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. Burial will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
