Inez Mildred Bosarge Ryan

Inez Mildred Bosarge Ryan, age 83, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away on Wednesday, July 11, 2012 in Biloxi. She was a lifelong devoted member of The Episcopal Church of the Redeemer. She was also a lifelong resident of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and has lived in Ocean Springs for 61 years. She was preceded in death by her parents, Julius and Theresa Bosarge; husband Harry J. Ryan; son James “Jimmy” Ryan, sisters Dot Rickey, Juliet Rieffel, Barbara Hall; and brothers Jerry Bosarge, Bobby Bosarge, Leonard Bosarge, Donald Bosarge and Bill Bosarge. She is survived by her son Johnny Ryan; daughter Karon Engel (Rev. Edward); sister Melba Smith; daughter-in-law Nancy Zanca Ryan; seven grandchildren, Jeff Engel (Sandy), Lori Bickel (George), John Engel, Jami Ryan, Misti Ryan, Angie Ryan and Ashli Locke (Ian); great-grandchildren Blake Derouen, Hannah Derouen, Brittany Engel, Payton Engel, Jordan Engel, Jacob Engel, Sammie Ryan, Skye Haddox, Scout Haddox and Rylan Locke; and numerous very special nieces and nephews. Pall Bearers will be John Engel, Jeff Engel, Joseph “Bubba” Toche, Sydney Toche, Blake Derouen, Ian Locke and Honorary Pall Bearers will be Sammie Ryan, Scout Haddox, Jacob Engel and Rylan Locke. Inez was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many and she will be greatly missed. The family would like to thank Greenbriar Nursing Center and Saad’s Healthcare for the care and compassion provided to our mother. Visitation will be on Saturday, July 14, 2012, from 5 pm until 8 pm, at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O’Keefe Funeral Home. On Sunday, July 15, 2012, there will be a 2 pm chapel service in the funeral home, where friends may visit one hour prior to service. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park.
