Infant Peyton Gabriel Johnson, of St. Martin, was called to Heaven, Friday, March 19, 2010, in Ocean Springs. Peyton was preceded in death by his maternal grandfather, Rafield Lawrence Slay. He is survived by his parents, Larry and Alisha Johnson of St. Martin; maternal grandmother, Tinna Fayard Newman; step-grandfather, Lance Newman; paternal grandmother, Somrit Thorpe; paternal grandfather, Larry Johnson, Sr.; maternal great grandmother, Betty Slay Polite; and paternal great grandmother, Tommie H. Moran. A Mass of Christian Burial is 2 p.m., Monday, March 22, 2010, at St. Alphonsus Catholic Church where friends may visit one hour before service time.
