Irene Gilbert Wasilenko

Irene Gilbert Wasilenko, 90, of Biloxi, passed away on December 12, 2011. She is preceded in death by her husband, Daniel Wasilenko, her parents, Alphonse and Hendrietta Gilbert, ten brothers and two sisters. She is survived by two daughters, Betty Jo Ross (Wayne Sr.), Cecelia Canonici (David); one son, Danny Wasilenko (Sharon) all of Biloxi; one sister, Gloria Biasden (Evan T.) of Pensacola, a brother Charles Gilbert Sr. (Jean) of Gautier; nine grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, December 15, 2011 at St. Mary’s Catholic Church at 12:00 p.m., where friends may visit from 10:00 a.m. until mass time. Interment will follow at Biloxi City Cemetery.
