Jackie Collins

Jackie Collins, born on November 15, 1951, passed away on March 31, 2024, leaving behind a legacy of service, compassion, and love. A devoted veteran, Jackie proudly served in both the Marines and the National Guard, embodying the spirit of duty and sacrifice. Following her military career, she dedicated 35 years of her life to caring for others at the VA Medical Center, where her kindness and commitment touched countless lives.

In retirement, Jackie found great joy in being close to her grandchildren, whom she adored beyond measure. She took immense pleasure in taking them to school, joining them on field trips, and wholeheartedly supporting their extracurricular activities. Her grandchildren were the light of her life, and she cherished every moment spent with them.

Jackie's dedication extended beyond her family; she remained actively engaged in her community, serving at the polls during her retirement years. Her commitment to service and civic duty was exemplary and inspiring.

Jackie is survived by her beloved daughter, Andrea Monaghan, and son-in-law, Noel Monaghan, along with their children, Cohen and Ella. She is also survived by her son, John Collins, and daughter-in-law, Emily Collins, along with their daughter, Avery. Jackie's love and devotion will forever live on in the hearts of her family and all who had the privilege of knowing her.

In memory of Jackie Collins, let us carry forward her legacy of selflessness, dedication, and love for family. She will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all whose lives she touched. May she rest in eternal peace.
