James Lockard Brown

Mr. James Lockard Brown Jr., age 71, of North Biloxi, MS died Friday, September 13, 2013, in North Biloxi. Mr. Brown was a lifelong resident of the coast and served in the U.S. Army. He was employed at Ingalls Shipbuilding for 39 years as an electrician and was a member of I.B.E.W Local #733. He loved to garden, hunt and fish. He was preceded in death by his parents, James Lockard Brown Sr. and Priscilla Letort Brown and a sister, Mary Ellen Gordon. Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Wanda Maxwell Brown and a son, James Rodney Brown. Visitation will be on Thursday, September 19, 2013, from 11:30 am until 1:00 pm, with a 1:00 pm chapel service, all at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Crestlawn Memorial Park. The Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford O'Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
