James Douglas Floyd

James Douglas Floyd, 75, died Friday, March 23, 2018 in Biloxi. Mr. Floyd was born in Shreveport, LA and was a retired placement specialist for the Georgia Department of Labor. He was also retired from the U.S. Army. He is survived by his wife, Carolyn Smith Floyd. A graveside service with honors by the U.S. Army will be held Wednesday, March 28, 2018 at 12:30 p.m. in the Biloxi National Cemetery. Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, O'Neal Road, Gulfport is in charge of arrangements.
