James "Jim" Robert Sager, Jr.

James “Jim” Robert Sager, Jr., age 43, of Gulfport, MS passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2022.

Jim was born on May 4, 1979 in Memphis, TN. He attended Gulfport High School and worked as a bartender at Fridays. He enjoyed watching Saints football, fishing and spending time with his children, helping others and spending time with family and friends.

Survivors include his spouse, Mayme Sager; children, Elijah and Hailey Sager; step-children, Anabella, Christian, Gavin, Aden, Sierra and Katie; his parents, Laurie and Everett Allen and Jamie Sager; his siblings, Shawn Sager, Amanda and Brandon White, and Michael Allen; and pets, Riley, River, Zeus, Jim James.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer memorial donations to be made in his memory to Fernwood Baptist Church.

Memorial service will be held on Wednesday, July 27, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. at Fernwood Baptist Church. A reception will follow the service.
