James Albert McKee

James Albert McKee, 77, of Ocean Springs, MS passed away Thursday, September 21, 2017 in Ocean Springs. Mr. McKee was a longtime resident of Ocean Springs. He retired from the U.S. Air Force as a Master Sergeant and from civil service as an instructor. Mr. McKee was a woodworker, a model train enthusiast, a baker of all things good and he enjoyed his mornings at the Kroc Center. He was preceded in death by his wife of 47 years, Deanna McKee; his daughter, Tina McKee; his parents; and his brother. Mr. McKee’s survivors include his daughter, Virginia D. Morrison; his sister, Arlene Griebel; his brother, Donald McKee; his grandchildren, Melissa L. Slotterback and Jon P. McKee; and his sister-in-law, Rosetta Remley. He will be deeply missed by all of the people he touched throughout his life A graveside service will be held at Biloxi National Cemetery Monday, September 25, 2017 at 9:00 am. The Howard Avenue Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
