James O. Mullins, age 64, of Vicksburg died Monday, January 25, 2016 in Vicksburg. He was born in Gulfport where he was a longtime resident. He was a resident of Vicksburg the past year and a half. He was a Catholic and was associated with Multimedia in Miami, FL He was preceded in death by his parents, James O. Mullins, Sr. and Doris Estapa Mullins; and a brother, James Daniel Mullins. James is survived by a son, Ian James Horne Mullins; two sisters, Ann Mullins and Katie Do; a brother, Roy E. Ledig; and numerous nieces and nephews. Friday, February 5, 2016 at 1:00 p.m. there will be a gathering at the gravesite in Evergreen Gardens in Gulfport. Bradford-O’Keefe Funeral Home, 15th Street, Gulfport is in charge of arrangements.
