James (Jim) F. Noyes Sr., age 74 and a resident of Pass Christian, died on Saturday, September 10, 2016 beneath the beautiful oak tree at his home in Timber Ridge.
Mr. Noyes was born in New Orleans, LA, spent most of his life in Louisiana, moving to Pass Christian in 2004.
