James Randall Stringer, age 71, of Biloxi, MS passed away on April 25, 2026.
James was born on December 14, 1954 to Charles and Levern Stringer. He was employed with the City of Ocean Springs and Coast Transit Authority. He had a kind soul and loved his family.
He is preceded in death by his parents; and by his son, Chris Stringer. He is survived by family and friends.
Private services will be held.
The family would like to extend a special thank you to Dr. Rebecca Rose and Dr. Olivia Hightower and their staff for their care and compassion.
