James Douglas Wilson

James Douglas Wilson, age 82, of Pass Christian died Friday, January 26, 2018 in Slidell, LA. He was born in McCurtin, OK and had been a resident of Pass Christian since 1995. He previously served in the U.S. Air Force. He was a retired electronic engineer and worked in the space program in Hawaii and was on the ship that recovered one of the first capsules. He was a proud and simple man. He is survived by his wife, Rita Wilson. A private graveside service will be held in April at the Biloxi National Cemetery with military honors.
