Jeffrey W. Slade

Jeffrey W. Slade, age 56, passed away Sunday, February 4, 2018, in Fresno, CA. He was a graduate of D'Iberville High School and received his Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from USM. Jeff devoted his life to helping others. Jeff was preceded in death by his father, Carl Slade. He is survived by his mother, Ruth Slade, and three brothers Larry (Imelda) Slade, Greg (Cindy) Slade and George Slade. In lieu of flowers the family prefers donations be made to the Humane Society of South Mississippi at www.hssm.org. Memorial services will be held Thursday, February 15, 2018, at 2:00 p.m. at Bradford-O'Keefe Funeral Home, 1726 15th Street, in Gulfport where friends may visit one hour before service time.
