Joan Dahl

Joan Ann Dahl, age 69, died Monday, May 9, 2016. She was a waitress with Henrietta’s Restaurant in Ocean Springs, Mississippi until its closing. Joan was preceded in death by her husbands, Jerry Dahl Sr. and Freddie Dahl Sr.; and her parents, Paul and Lois Ann Morano. She is survived by her daughters, Jennifer Dahl and Beth (Nui Sr.) Lester; her sons, Jerry (Carol) Dahl Jr. and Jimmy Dahl; sister, Ruth Morano Carnley; brothers, Paul A Morano Jr., Ronald Morano Sr., John Morano and David Morano Sr.; 7 step-children; 14 grandchildren; and 7 great-grandchildren. Visitation will be held on Friday, May 13, 2016 from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. A funeral service will be on Saturday, May 14, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. All services will be held at the Ocean Springs Chapel of Bradford-O’Keefe. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery in Ocean Springs.
